Dreamweaver Wire Frame

Below is a rough wire frame I created in Dreamweaver, just to get the initial picture of the website across.

If you click on the picture, it should enlarge.

The colours are not accurate either, (or this would be a horrible website to look at!), they are just there to vividly outline the various different boxes on the page.

As I have a basic understanding of web design already, I was able to create a series of div tags and align them in a rough position of where I will want these attributes.

The main container div tag (in the lighter blue colour) was set to a 1366x768px height and width to get a feel for the size.

Also, the black div tag, which would be the box with all of the content, was set to 1024x768px. This was done so that those with a very large monitor resolution can see the whole background as well, but those with a smaller, but almost equally as popular, resolution (1024x768px), they will still be able to see all of the content without scrolling anywhere.

The next post will cover colour schemes.
